By card, and renewals are charged automatically. If your account is billed in Costa Rica you can also pay by SINPE Móvil or bank transfer and report the payment from the app, and every payment gets its electronic invoice.
No. Accounts billed in Costa Rica pay 13% VAT on top of each charge.
Plans are priced in US dollars. If your account is billed in colones, the amount is converted at the BCCR selling rate.
They're paid in advance: the first charge covers the days left in your current period, and after that they renew with your plan.
Every plan includes users, and you can add extra users depending on your plan. Every plan includes one company with its branches and terminals; to run several companies from the same account there is the multi-company add-on.
You cancel from the app whenever you want and keep the service until the end of the paid period. After that you have 90 days to view and download everything, including your documents' XML and PDF files. Your data isn't deleted, and you can come back to the same account.
